This workshop will feature the many dimensions of this vivid, versatile and non-toxic medium.

Enjoy exploring a wide variety of techniques, including layering, line impression, texturing, burnishing, and value treatment. Students will be amazed at how their art jumps off the page. All levels of experience are welcome.

Four Sessions: Tuesdays and Thursdays, July 9, 11, 16, and 18 from 5–7:30PM

You'll need to bring/ Materials List:
Prisma color set (comes in various sizes from 12 to 100 pencils or can buy pencils individually-a basic set of 12 will work)
Strathmore 300 Vellum Paper
Fabriano hot-pressed watercolor paper (optional, used with solvent)
Graphite pencil
Pencil sharpener
Kneaded eraser

About the Instructor:  
Cheri Natoli is a graduate of Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana with both bachelors and a masters degree in Fine arts and Education. She retired from public education after teaching for 26 years and is listed in WHO’s WHO in American Teachers. She has taught many workshops for students as well as exhibited her work in New York, California, Indiana, Florida and recently North Carolina. Her educational style is friendly, relaxed, enthusiastic, and supportive of each student's unique, personal style.
