Join Chef Lara Hicks for the first installment of our “Pastabilities” series we will be making something special from Upstate New York called Chicken Riggies. Rich and creamy, a little sweet and spicy, the sauce and braised chicken will pair fabulously with our homemade rigatoni!

These fun night-out experiences will be held at the Burke Arts Council at 506 S. Sterling Street.
Each class is about 2 hours and will conclude with a sampling of the dishes and a glass of wine.
