“For all my woodworking ventures, I have followed that feeling.  Moving to North Carolina in search of a simpler way of life and following the lore and lure of the Appalachian dulcimer led me to Mr. Baird. I was able to buy his woodworking equipment and establish my shop. The flowing grain, the smell of sweet wood, the exciting variety of colors in nature produced in the forests of Appalachian trees drew me to designing and creating exciting projects in wood”.
