a’ la carte cooking classes with Lara Hicks – an Oktoberfest Feast!

You may have never been to Germany, or even if you have, you can enjoy favorite German dishes right at home! Join us for an evening as we celebrate Oktoberfest and learn how to make soft pretzels, German cucumber salad, German potato salad, and braised red cabbage!

These fun night-out experiences will be held at the Burke Arts Council at 506 S. Sterling Street.
Each class is about 2 hours and will conclude with a generous sampling of the dishes and a glass of wine.
Food is generously provided by Food Matters Market and the wine by The Olive of Morganton.
Cost per class: For BAC Members: $60. Non Members: $65
