Let’s take a trip to Latin America and learn homemade tortillas, hot sauce that you can customize to your preferred spiciness, as well as crowd pleasing fajitas to enjoy our creations with. This class will wow you with how simple it can be to achieve such rich flavors right in your own kitchen!

Wednesday March 13:  The Luck O’ the Irish

Test your luck with us as we make corned beef, buttered cabbage, and Irish soda bread! As corned beef takes quite a while to prepare, there will already be stages completed but you’ll see how easy it can be to make for yourself to enjoy on St. Patrick’s Day or for good old Reuben sandwiches whenever you like!  
Buttered cabbage calls for the finest of Irish butters and will be sure to have your mouth watering, all to be enjoyed with a scrumptious and easy Irish soda bread that doesn’t require much time at all!  We will definitely be feeling lucky after this meal!!

These fun night-out experiences will be held at the Burke Arts Council at 506 S. Sterling Street.
Each class is about 2 hours and will conclude with a sampling of the dishes and a glass of wine.
Food is generously provided by Food Matters Market and the wine by The Olive of Morganton.
