a’ la carte cooking classes with Chef Lara Hicks

“With the holidays nearing, it’s that time when treats are being made and shared as gifts or at parties.
Please join us as we create chocolate pecan pie bars, sticky honeycomb candy, and sweet potato candy!
You’ll be surprised to find out what these candies are made of and be able to take some home with you to share this holiday season.”

These fun night-out experiences will be held at the Burke Arts Council at 506 S. Sterling Street.
Each class is about 2 hours and will conclude with a generous sampling of the dishes and wine.
Food is generously provided by Food Matters Market and the wine by The Olive of Morganton.
