“Fall Flavors”

What a wonderful way to start the fall season off right but with festive flavors! Our time together will be spent making Cozy delights that will warm your next gathering on a crisp fall day: 
Butternut squash soup
Homemade croutons 
Apple pecan sausage balls
Chai hot toddies with pumpkin whipped cream


These fun night-out experiences will be held at the Burke Arts Council at 506 S. Sterling Street.
Each class is about 2 hours and will conclude with a generous sampling of the dishes and a glass of wine.
Food is generously provided by Food Matters Market and the wine by The Olive of Morganton.
Cost per class:  For BAC Members:  $50.  Non Members:  $55
