The Downtown Morganton Third Thursday Art Crawls are back for 2016
From 5 until 8pm, Visit local galleries, restaurants, and downtown businesses.

“The Boating Party”, An Invitational Collective Exhibition, curated by Lindsay Barrick.
Live Music by Abigail Taylor & Andrew Massey.

HAMILTON WILLIAMS GALLERY – 403 E. Union
Featured Artist: Camille Inman of Hickory, NC.
Third Thursday Open Studio – Art crawlers are welcome to try out our mini platter workshop at no charge. If you love what you make, then you can have us glaze and fire your platter for a nominal charge and pick it up in a couple of weeks. The mini platter workshop takes about half an hour to complete. Space is limited. First come, first served!

Will be presenting local artist Jeanne Schlumbohm. Her works will display her range in oil, watercolor, acrylic and pencil. Light refreshments will be served.
WEST UNION ART STUDIO – ARTIST GROUP & GALLERY – 113 W. Union Street
West Union Art Studios will feature pottery throwing demos, and one of the artists from the Signature Day Program who will be making his whimsical clay creations. Light refreshments will be served.
Third Thursday Art Crawls are presented by the Burke Arts Council w/ support from the Downtown Morganton Main Street Office. Celebrate the creative energy of our local artists, arts organizations, & downtown entrepreneurs.
The event is FREE AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. Join us as we bring together downtown businesses, artists, and you!
